Merchandise outside the 30-day time frame can be returned for in-store credit as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, or worn and are returned with all tags attached, along with all forms, cards, and packaging contents. Items not in resalable condition may incur a re-stocking fee of 30-40% as deemed appropriate by management. Ellabella Kids cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, and no refunds will be given for shipping loss or damage. FedEx loss or damage claims must be made by the customer. We will do everything we can to assist in this claims process, which can take 30 days or more.

• For products shipped from Ellabella Kids's warehouse, simply fill out the Returns/Exchange Form that came packaged in your original box. Call or email our customer service to return a return authorization number. Place this number on the outside of the box, and return the product to our store. If you do not have a copy of the Return/Exchange form, please contact us at customerservice@ellabellakids.com or call (866) 681-3552 to obtain a new one.

Do we allow returns on sale items and custom orders?

Sales items that are marked as final are not returnable. Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings, special order furniture and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
